March: A month of many firsts

As one hectic month ends another month continues, and so does the journey of Adviat. Here's a look at what we've been up to:

First Workshop at Grunderhuset HI5

This month, we ventured into new territory by hosting our first ever workshop at Grunderhuset Hi5 Tønsberg. Nervous, excited, and ready to have a great session we were welcomed by a diverse group of founders. It was a shared learning experience, where we had to dig deep to provide a valuable workshop. After half a day of conversations, games, and presenting we could wrap up a successful first.

Therefore this also does not come as a big surprise that I write this paragraph on the way back from another trip back from Tønsberg. A town that will be featured frequently in The Monthly.

Welcoming Our First Client

The level of excitement reached on a rainy day in the mid of March was almost another first on its own. Someone else is putting trust into the company we founded, our first client, how cool was that feeling. Another first in the books.

Even though we would love to share who we will be working together with and what we well be doing, we ourselves have to be patient still. We are excitedly preparing for the official launch at the end of April, ready to start working on this long-term partnership.

Insights from Meetings

The month has been packed with meetings, each one offering its unique set of challenges and learnings - and accompanied with an ungodly amount of coffee. While not every conversation we had led to an immediate breakthrough, they have been invaluable in understanding the market's needs and refining how we present Adviat and our services.

Because of those insights we have adapted our services offerings accordingly and already see the market responding positively to it. Still, we have to continue to listen and to adjust to find our niche.

Forward Movement - There is winning in losing

Reflecting on March, it is clear that each step we take is both a challenge and an opportunity to grow. This month we have been able to share many positive firsts, but this does not mean it was easy. All of those firsts have been accompanied with missed opportunities, countless failed efforts, turning around at the finish line, and trying to do it again and again.

Through this, we are reminded of the power of perseverance, the value of learning from every situation, and the importance of staying true to our mission. The road ahead is filled with promise, and we are excited to continue sharing our story with you through "The Monthly."
