Autumn arrived with full speed. After a summer that turned out far from quiet (at least on our end), we carried the momentum straight into autumn. The first weeks were packed with progress, small wins, and the occasional punch that kept us grounded. Still, the feeling has been clear throughout, more forward than back.
Momentum That Stuck
The pace we built during the summer never really faded. Our collaboration with Forte, as also mentioned in the previous Monthly, started off strong as we were able to make a placement in just two weeks after the summer break. That is what reminds us how much can get done when things flow naturally and both sides move with intent. But still, here we are also looking for more talented people to join Forte. So feel free to have a look at our career page.
A New Name on the List
We also welcomed Yne into the mix of Adviat clients. A growing consultancy with a strong technical focus and clear ambitions. We have started supporting them in finding Senior Fullstack Java/Kotlin Developers who will work as consultants for their clients. The collaboration is still fresh, a bit of a new style of working for us, but the first candidates are in, and we are optimistic about turning this into a great partnership.
Big Moves at Bislab
Bislab has not slowed down either. As we already mentioned before, and you probably also read in their Shifter.no article, they recently closed their funding round. This enabled them to focus on their international expansion and bring in several new people to strengthen the team. And more positions will follow in the coming days.
Quiet Work Behind the Scenes
Internally, we are trying to keep things focused and as steady as possible. Making sure to maintain speed on our active projects while also laying early groundwork for what could become our first collaboration outside of Norway. Still early days, but exciting to see new paths taking shape. So fingers crossed that we soon have more info on that end.
A Shift in the Pace
As autumn settles in, we can feel a sort of shift, both personally and for the company. After almost two years of running at what feels like 120%, things are starting to feel more stable. Not slower, but more balanced and predictable. The months ahead will be about strengthening partnerships, building new ones, and preparing for a stronger, steadier 2026.
Until next time, thanks for reading,
Jonas & Dominik
